By using PhotoResize, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its tools.

What this service is

PhotoResize provides free browser-based utilities for preparing photo and signature files and for related document tasks. The tools are informational conveniences. They do not submit exam forms, create accounts on official portals, or act on behalf of any exam authority.

No guarantee of acceptance

A processed file may still be rejected by a portal for reasons outside our control, including a changed specification, a background or composition rule, or a portal-side technical issue. You are responsible for checking the downloaded file and the official requirement before submitting it. See the disclaimer.

Unverified specifications

Exam presets are best-known values marked unverified. They are not a substitute for the official notification. Do not rely on this site as the final source for an application rule.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

• Upload or process content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Misrepresent the site as an official government service.
• Use the tools for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Intellectual property

The site design, copy, and code are owned by PhotoResize unless otherwise stated. You retain all rights to the images you process. No ownership of your images is claimed.

Availability and changes

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed without notice. Presets may be corrected when better information is available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoResize is not liable for lost application opportunities, rejected uploads, data loss, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

External links and advertising

The site links to third-party and official websites and may display advertising when enabled. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. PhotoResize does not endorse third-party content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
